Introducing- The Shipping Department!

Hey all!!

If you have ever been in our tap room you know how much we love it- from our hand crafted bar top to our hand made tap handles, it's a place that we love. Due to COVID19 changes have had to happen throughout our entire operation, and this means that our tap room has had a bit of a revamp!

Recently we launched online ordering and Ontario wide shipping! How exciting right? Sure, except now our beloved tap room has become our shipping department LOL. And let me tell you, we were not prepared for the outpour of support that has been shown to us from all of you!Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every purchase of every can and every inquiry made by phone, text or email! So, let me first apologize to those of you who may be receiving your beer in a used Amazon box, a box that once housed product for the kitchen or even a diaper box! We are working on getting proper boxes, but having the right sizes and amount of boxes is a little challenging. We need boxes for 4 cans, 12 cans, 24 cans and everything in between and trying to order these is not the funniest moment of our day! Don't get me wrong, we love that the support is flowing in and that we are now able to ship beer from Windsor to the Quebec border and way up North, but we wish we could have gotten the supplies needed prior to launching this! I guess what doesn't pull us down only makes us better right?

Our GM loves organization and our new shipping department gives her a bit of anxiety! With tape in every corner, boxes piled to the ceiling, scraps of paper laying on the floor and a printer who hates her, we are a bit surprised that she still comes to work everyday!!!!

You may be wondering what the point of this post is and in honesty so are we! I guess our goal with this blog is to let you in, show you who we are and the ins and out of our business. So really this post is to show you that no matter how much we plan, how prepared we think we are or how awesome we think our new idea is; we are not perfect!
